Z- Print Format Report
Option [Z] on the Download Claims Menu
This option allows the user to print a claims grid from a print spool file. This information is used to map the line, position and length of each field on the claim form for the conversion matrix. The most critical piece is to get the claims consistent so that each data element is located on the same line and position number each time. After selecting this option the system will then prompt you to "Enter the name of the file to convert.
