Option [3] on the Download Claims Menu
This option prints a Conversion and Edit Report that identifies the status of each claim.
The Conversion Report will show all claims imported in the exact order they were on the spool file.
The Download Report provides an alphabetic list of all claims converted and the errors to be corrected. A (*) to the right of the HIC/SSN/Cert# indicates the claim has no errors. Conversion matrix A.
Update Conversion Matrix This option allows the user to update or add a new matrix record. The matrix identifies the line, position and length of each field on a claim. This information is used to convert each field of a claim in a print spool file to the appropriate field within FastEMC.
Note: Only one matrix record can be used at one time to convert claims.
